operating in the videogames industry under the brands 505 Games, 505 Mobile and Halifax. It creates, develops, and publishes videogames and related products through every gaming, mobile and digital platform. It is based in Milan but with studios in United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, and Czech Republic.

The control of the complete distribution network is the main characteristic of the Digital Bros activity. Today most of the revenues come from the digital business (we estimate over 90% of sales). In FY2024, Premiums Games accounted for 83% of sales, free to play 15%, and Italian distribution 1%

GPI

GPI, founded in 1988, is a highly integrated and specialised provider of technologies and services to healthcare companies and social services with a predominant presence on the domestic market.

The group has a leading position in all the reference markets in which it is present (healthcare administrative services and healthcare software solutions) with an overall portfolio of more than 2,200 customers. Between FY 22 and FY 23, the group completed two transformative deals, the Italian TESI and the French Evolucare, that increased the group’s exposure to healthcare software and increased the group’s international footprint.

Italian Wine Brands

Post the transformational acquisition of Enoitalia with which it has doubled its sales, Italian Wine Brands (IWB) is now the leading private producer in the Italian wine sector covering the entire value chain wine excluding the grapes production.

The company buys 3rd party grapes to create distinctive proprietary wine brands then sold through B2B and B2C channels. Capex is only about EUR 6m per year (1.5% of sales), while NWC is about neutral. This, together with a solid profitability allows a strong FCF generation.

The core IWB company operates through two divisions: wholesale and distance selling. With the Enoitalia acquisition, the group has strengthened its positions in white/sparkling wines, in the HoReCa sector and in the USA and UK markets. Latest bolt-on acquisitions were a US wine distributor (Enovation Brands) and the premium Tuscany producer Barbanera, a missing region in its portfolio

TRADEDOUBLER

Based in Sweden, Tradedoubler is one of the leading marketplaces for affiliate and influencer marketing. It operates in 80 countries and is supported by a network of 3,000 global brands and 180,000 publishers. In 2023, its sales were SEK 1,981 million (approximately €178 million), and its EBITDA was SEK 91 million (approximately €8.2 million)
